Supafest management has officially announced that the festival will be rescheduled to November.

The rescheduling comes after Supafest's Brisbane and Melbourne venues pulled out, allegedly due to contractual issues.

The rescheduling of Supafest 4 comes after some industry sources suggested that the Superfest Brisbane and Melbourne venue pull-out could even have led to this year's festival being cancelled altogether.

All tickets for the cancelled April festival will remain valid for the November festival or can be refunded if requested, according to Supafest management.

Ticket holders will be contacted within the next 48 hours to inform them of the changes.

Many ticket holders are already expressing their outrage on social media sites, with some stating they even booked flights and accommodation to attend the festival in different cities.
