Sportscraft was founded by Wolf Bardas in 1914 under the name Sportsleigh. The business began in manufacturing and soon established a reputation for outstanding quality, consistent fit, fabric innovation and great value. The Sportscraft name was registered in the early 1950's soon becoming a household name and a truly iconic brand in the fashion industry. Building on these credentials and the success of womenswear, Sportscraft launched menswear into its range in the early 1970's.
